Battery PACK:
The product uses 280Ah lithium iron phosphate batteries, and each PACK box is composed of 16 battery cells welded in series, with a grouping method of 1P16S.
Battery cluster:
The battery cluster contains 15 battery pack boxes with a capacity of 215kWh. The power and communication wiring harnesses are pre wired for easy and quick insertion and removal, improving production efficiency and facilitating maintenance.
Introduction to High Voltage Box:
The DC 1000V voltage platform is equipped with a DC circuit breaker in the high-voltage box, which can disconnect the battery side and PCS DC during maintenance. The high-voltage box contains a BMS management unit, responsible for collecting system battery string voltage and current. The contactors inside the high-voltage box are controlled and managed by the BMS, and can be controlled to open in case of system failure; The power interface and signal interface both adopt a front outlet design, which facilitates system maintenance and testing.
Energy storage inverter PCS:
< The energy storage inverter PCS is a bidirectional current controllable conversion device that connects the energy storage battery system and the power grid. Its main function is to achieve energy exchange between the energy storage battery and the power grid, supporting various chargingand discharging modes such as constant voltage and constant current. BMS Battery Management System
Adopting a two-level architecture BMS system, each battery management system consists of a battery module management unit (BMU) and a battery cluster management unit (BCU). The BMS system has functions such as high-precision detection and reporting of analog signals, fault alarms, uploading and storage, battery protection, parameter settings, passive balancing, battery pack SOC calibration, operation account permissions and password management, and information exchange with other devices.
Fire protection system
The fire protection system configured inside the cabinet adopts perfluorohexane fire extinguishing agent suppression pipes and smoke and temperature sensors, as well as combustible gas detectors. Trigger the fire alarm when there is abnormal smoke, temperature, or combustible gas, and control the battery system to stop charging and discharging through linkage; When a fire occurs inside the cabinet, the temperature sensing glass of the suppression tube ruptures, and perfluorohexane vaporizes and sprays out, flooding the entire cabinet to extinguish the fire. The cabinet also reserves a water fire-fighting interface, which can serve as the final fire extinguishing cover.
Power distribution and grounding system
The air conditioning, fire protection and other equipment of the system are powered by AC220V, and the entire system operates under optimized control strategies to minimize auxiliary power consumption.
While maintaining good grounding for each device inside the cabinet, connect the overall grounding of all devices to the grounding copper bar inside the cabinet to ensure continuous grounding of the entire system. Ensure that the grounding of the battery box, high-voltage box, and battery rack is good, and the total grounding resistance does not exceed 1 Ω.
Energy management System EMS
The system is equipped with a set of energy management EMS system to monitor the status of the battery system, converter system, power distribution system and optimize energy scheduling, so that it can intuitively, dynamically and comprehensively grasp the operation of each unit, and provide complete operation data viewing, alarm reminder and report analysis and other functions. It provides a powerful decision basis for equipment operation analysis, equipment problem judgment and operation strategy optimization, and completes the information exchange and instruction transmission of superior monitoring system.
Static transfer switcher
200kW fast switching switch In the power grid power failure, through the PCS send shutdown command, can quickly open the switch connected to the power grid, prevent current backpouring, quickly start the off-grid state. When a power grid call is detected, the PCS sends an open command to quickly turn on the switch and connect to the power grid.
Isolation transformer
In some special scenarios, isolation transformers are configured according to customer requirements, which is more secure.
